Higherin has published new research showing the top employers for students and graduates in 2026/27, with Arm ranking first as the top graduate employer.

Arm ranked first with students highlighting high salaries, good work-life balance and a strong culture.

Savills was named the top undergraduate employer, with students giving high ratings for training and skill development.

All reviewers said they would recommend Savills to a friend.

Oliver Sidwell, co-founder of Higherin, said: “We’ve created some of these rankings for the first time to help young job seekers.

“Everyone deserves the opportunity to make an informed decision about their career.

“The employers in our two lists have been user reviewed, something completely unique to Higherin that’s so important in 2026.”

Sidwell added: “It’s a difficult time for entry-level jobs with fewer job opportunities caused by the increase in AI and global economic hardships. Picking an employer that’s right is crucial.

“Our rankings give young people a real opportunity to work for an employer that values them as an individual and rewards them for this.”
