Rygor has marked the first anniversary of its Career Hub, an online platform designed to support jobseekers, after attracting more than 14,000 views and 13,000 unique visitors since launch.

The automotive group said the resource has become a widely used destination for candidates looking to improve their job applications, with CV support and interview guidance among the most accessed sections over the past 12 months.

Alongside application advice, the platform includes content focused on wellbeing during the job search, as well as apprenticeship information and diversity initiatives, including its Women in Automotive Journal.

Kate Ruberry-Shoemack, director of people & communications at Rygor, said: “When we launched the Career Hub a year ago, our aim was simple: to create a genuinely helpful, supportive space for anyone navigating their next career step.

“Reaching more than 14,000 views is testament to how many people it has helped, and we’re incredibly proud of that.

“Whether someone is applying for their first job, preparing for a leadership interview, or exploring an apprenticeship pathway, the Hub gives them tools, confidence and practical guidance.

“In fact, 23% of Rygor applicants last year said they used the Careers Hub to help them with their application and of those hired who used, there is 100% retention rate.

“What’s more, use of the Career Hub in applications reduced application to hire time by nearly 8%.

“We’re excited to keep expanding the Hub and helping even more people achieve their potential.”

The Career Hub also features insights from recruiters on what employers look for in candidates, as Rygor looks to expand the platform with additional resources and employer guidance over the coming year.
