moneyappi has partnered with global online fashion and beauty retailer ASOS to offer financial wellbeing support to employees.

moneyappi’s artificial intelligence (AI)-powered platform is designed to help employees improve their financial situation, covering debt, savings, retirement planning and daily financial decisions.

The HR team at ASOS will have access to anonymised, real-time insights through moneyappi’s GDPR-compliant portal, which gives a clear view of workforce trends and supports data-driven interventions.

Each employee receives a personalised financial wellbeing plan, with practical tools and guided steps.

The platform’s AI assistant Buddi uses natural language processing to give staff tailored coaching and advice.

moneyappi said the platform uses gamification based on behavioural science to keep people engaged and help them build positive habits.

Ray Law, co-founder of moneyappi, said: “ASOS are incredibly forward-thinking and caring. They understand financial wellbeing isn’t optional – it’s essential.

“In today’s economic climate, too many people carry money worries into work, affecting their focus, health and overall quality of life.

“Financial stress doesn’t just impact individuals. It affects productivity, engagement and retention across organisations.”

Law added: “We built moneyappi to change that, blending AI, behavioural science and engaging design to make finances feel manageable again.

“Partnering with ASOS shows how forward-thinking employers can be proactive in supporting employees so they feel less stressed, more confident and more hopeful about their financial future.”
