CIPD reveals annual conference and exhibition line-up

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) will hold its annual conference and exhibition at Manchester Central on 5th to 6th November 2025.
The event will focus on practical ways for people professionals to address key workplace challenges.
Sessions will cover career development, employee experience, future skills and leadership, with topics such as artificial intelligence (AI), employment law, productivity and wellbeing.
Keynote speakers will include Dr Anne-Marie Imafidon, Professor Kevin Fong, Dr Sabrina Cohen-Hatton and Nick Robinson.
The event will also feature a free exhibition showing the latest HR, technology, learning and reward services.
Additionally, there will be a careers hub, employment law clinic, CIPD membership assessment support centre and roundtable discussions on the employment rights bill.
A new learning lab will provide live demonstrations and practical sessions to help professionals increase their skills.
CIPD said these initiatives are designed to support ongoing professional development.
