Marvin OnumonuPluxee UK has partnered with Attivo to launch a new financial wellbeing pathway for employees, aiming to help tackle financial stress in the workplace.
The service forms part of the Pluxee Employee Experience Platform and gives staff support at every stage of their working life, from early career to retirement.
The Financial Wellbeing Hub provides life-stage content, planning tools, webinars and free one-to-one consultations with Attivo’s regulated financial planners.
Employees can access guides, checklists, calculators and events designed to help them make better financial decisions, including support for pension awareness and retirement planning.
Research from Pluxee showed that 92% of employees faced financial stress in the past year, with 89% saying it affected their work.
