Marvin OnumonuGreat Place to Work published its UK’s Best Workplaces 2026 list, naming 350 organisations recognised for their approach to workplace culture.
The rankings were split into super large, large, medium and small company categories, all based on employee feedback.
Hilton was ranked first in the super large category, with Aviva and Kids Planet Day Nurseries following.
Other companies in the top 10 included Softcat plc, Baringa, Cisco, Consensus Support Services, Clermont Hotel Group, Capital One and Infosys.
In the large company list, NVIDIA led, with CrowdStrike and World Wide Technology next.
This group included businesses in information technology, professional services, healthcare, retail and manufacturing.
Lindt & Sprüngli UK Ltd, Kia UK Ltd and Biogen were also named in the top 36.
EXUS was at the top of the medium category, followed by Outrank Ltd and Mercator Digital.
Highgate IT Solutions, Hundred Star Games and AccessPay were all in the top 10.
The Workplace Depot was first in the small company category, with Point 6 Design and Bind Media as runners up.
The top 10 featured companies in advertising and marketing, information technology, and professional services, as well as healthcare and biopharma.
