Jessamy Staffing Solutions has launched a two-day continued professional development (CPD) training course focused on managing midlife changes in the workplace.
The programme, called ‘Managing Midlife Changes: Menopause & Andropause Awareness in the Workplace’, is set to take place on the 15th and 16th September 2025 at the Holiday Inn Bolton.
The course is aimed at leaders, HR professionals and managers, giving them practical tools to support staff through midlife transitions.
The training was designed for small groups and is discussion-based, with each delegate encouraged to take part.
Attendees will leave with practical strategies to use in their own organisations and will receive a CPD certificate.
The course covers the physical, emotional and organisational impact of menopause and andropause, developing inclusive workplace cultures, building confidence to handle sensitive conversations, and networking with peers in similar roles.
Pauline V. Muswere-Enagbonma, master british certified trainer and CEO of Jessamy Staffing Solutions Academy, said: “Menopause and andropause are not private struggles – they are workplace realities that demand awareness and understanding.”
“Workplaces cannot afford to stay silent about midlife transitions. Menopause and andropause affect not only health and wellbeing, but also confidence, productivity, and relationships.
“For too long, these conversations have been avoided or treated narrowly. This training is about changing that.”
