Countrywide Surveying Services progresses next AssocRICS trainee cohort

Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS) has progressed a further 22 trainees, at different stages of qualification, through its AssocRICS training programme.

Eight trainees are set to qualify in late February, with a further 14 expected to complete their AssocRICS qualification in April.

According to CSS, the latest cohort reflect the firm’s ongoing focus on learning and development and long-term skills within residential surveying.

The majority of trainees joined CSS from an estate agency background, bringing strong valuation skills and a clear understanding of local housing markets.

These strengths are then built on through a structured training programme which combines virtual classroom learning and practical on-site experience.

Each trainee is paired with an experienced mentor and supported from their first day with the business.

The pathway has been designed to support long-term careers in residential surveying.

In total, around 700 surveyors have progressed to qualification through CSS’s AssocRICS training academy and applications are now open for those interested in joining the next intake.
