Grassroots Recruitment has launched free Hiring Insights Reports for employers, aiming to help businesses in Stockport and across Greater Manchester improve their recruitment process.

This six-month pilot supports local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to look at how artificial intelligence (AI) could affect their day-to-day work.

The workflow produces tailored Hiring Insights Reports for clients and potential clients.

These reports use live data and Grassroots’ sector knowledge to give employers a clearer picture of the local recruitment market.

Each report includes salary and benefits benchmarking, analysis of local and regional talent pools, competitor hiring activity, candidate behaviour, application forecasts and recommendations for inclusive hiring.

Employers can use the reports to make better decisions before posting job adverts or setting salaries.

The aim is to help business owners, HR managers and in-house recruiters improve their hiring strategies and candidate engagement.

Caroline Patten, director at Grassroots Recruitment, said: “Recruitment is one of the biggest challenges facing businesses today – it’s competitive, costly and time-consuming.

“By combining our expertise with AI, we’re giving employers the knowledge they need to stay ahead.

“These reports are free, fast to request, and designed to make a real difference.”

Patten added: “For us, it’s about levelling the playing field and helping local businesses hire with confidence.”
