Avado has been awarded ‘Platinum Centre’ status by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) under the new provider recognition framework.

The CIPD’s updated structure sets out clear rules for the platinum award, looking at how centres deliver assessments, support learners, and manage operations.

Platinum status shows that a centre meets CIPD requirements for marking, assessment, and membership, as well as having strong administration and positive learner outcomes.

Lisa Stevens, people and operations director at Avado, said: “We’re really overjoyed with CIPD’s new, clearer guidelines around Platinum Centre status.

“They bring important visibility to the standards behind quality delivery, and we’re proud to see our ongoing work in tutor support, programme innovation and learner experience reflected in this recognition.”
