Taking place on 5th February 2026 at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, the CIPD in Wales conference will examine the key workplace trends, legislation and developments shaping organisations across the country.
The event aims to support employers in building high-performing, sustainable workforces through effective people management.

She will be joined by speakers from organisations including Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, Lloyds Banking Group and the Federation of Small Businesses Wales, offering practical perspectives on tackling productivity challenges and preparing for future opportunities.
Conference sessions will cover topics such as AI adoption and maintaining the human element at work, reskilling for a future-ready workforce, wellbeing and self-care, and the latest employment law developments, including the Employment Rights Act.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to put questions directly to expert panels.
The conference will close with a session from Neil Mullarkey, Comedy Store Player and author of In the Moment, who will explore how improvisation can boost confidence, communication and creativity in the workplace.
