Savills has been named in the Social Mobility List 2026 for its work to improve social mobility and remove barriers to employment.

The list, published by charity Making the Leap, recognises organisations and individuals creating change across the UK.

Savills was highlighted for leadership, specifically for its work with ex-offenders at HMP Mount.

Sarah Thorley, associate director in the social value team and co-chair of the Social Mobility Group, said: “Making the Leap is an incredible charity – and for Savills to be included in its annual list really reflects the commitment and hard work of so many people across the business.

“On a personal level, I feel genuinely proud and grateful to be recognised alongside inspiring individuals who are making such a positive difference in their sectors.

“At Savills we champion social mobility by opening doors, creating opportunity, and helping people to thrive in their careers.”
