Reach plc has been officially accredited as a Menopause Friendly organisation by Henpicked, following an assessment of its policies, culture, training and workplace practices.

The accreditation recognises Reach’s work to raise awareness and provide support for colleagues going through menopause and perimenopause.

Julia Warren, HR director at Reach, said: “We’re so proud to call ourselves a menopause accredited organisation and to have updated our policy to reflect our belief that the menopause must be handled seriously and sensitively.

“In particular I want to commend the Meno-chat group for their passionate commitment and efforts to get us here.

“At Reach, our aim is to support all of our people through any phase of life, and this achievement marks a big step forward in an area that affects so many people.”

Deborah Garlick, CEO at Henpicked: Menopause in the Workplace, said: “Congratulations to Reach plc on achieving Menopause Friendly Accreditation.

“This milestone reflects their genuine commitment to creating a culture where menopause is understood and supported.

“Their inclusive approach, strong colleague networks and visible leadership are making a real difference. We’re delighted to recognise their achievement.”
