Sodexo has partnered with Charles Cameron & Associates to give all 30,000 employees free mortgage advice.

The service is aimed at supporting employees’ financial wellbeing and making it easier for staff to get help when buying their first home, remortgaging or looking at other property options.

Bill Buchan, HR director at Sodexo UK & Ireland, said: “Our people are at the heart of our business.

“They deliver excellence every day, and we want to support them as much as we can.

“It’s our ambition to ensure they feel they belong, that they can act with purpose, and thrive in their own way.”

Buchan added: “By providing access to free, expert mortgage advice, we aim to reduce financial stress and help our employees make informed decisions.

“This support ensures they receive tailored, impartial guidance—whether they are buying their first home, remortgaging, or exploring other property-related financial options.”

Sodexo’s mortgage advice offer joins its existing employee benefits.

These include an employee assistance programme with confidential advice, access to digital health services through YuLife and a 24/7 virtual GP, mental health support, microlearning modules, Sodexo Discounts for savings on everyday shopping, and a Sodexo Reward Card with cashback from major retailers.
