Great Place To Work UK has published its 2025 list of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women.
A total of 330 businesses from sectors like financial services, retail, tech, and education made the list after staff said their workplaces were inclusive and fair.
For 2025, Kids Planet Day Nurseries took the top spot in the super large category, Aviva was notable in the same category and Happy was named in the small category.
The list is based on employee feedback and highlights employers where women said they felt included, supported, and had equal chances to progress.
Benedict Gautrey, managing director at Great Place To Work UK, said: “Workplaces are only great if they’re great for all employees.
“For eight years, the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ List has been paving the way by tackling discrimination, removing barriers to women’s advancement in their careers, and challenging taboos around subjects like the menopause, and endometriosis.
“Importantly, each of the companies on the List have been commended by their own female employees through their anonymous feedback that told us their workplace has gone above and beyond to ensure that women employees are treated fairly in terms of recognition, training, and promotion opportunities.”
Gautrey added: “It’s fantastic to once again see a wide spread of sectors and organisational sizes appearing on our Best Workplaces for Women™ List this year – congratulations to all!”
Big names featured across the different categories included Hilton, Admiral, AbbVie, Colosseum Dental UK Ltd, Bright Horizons Family Solutions, Home Group Ltd, Savers Health and Beauty, Capital One, Baringa, Coventry Building Society, Softcat plc, Booking.com, DHL, Northumbrian Water Group, Domestic & General, Adobe, ServiceNow, Capgemini UK, Specsavers, Marriott International, and Siemens Healthineers AG.
