Siemens Mobility UK & Ireland was given a special mention in the Network Group of the Year (founded after 2015) category at the British LGBT Awards 2025.

The company’s employee network, Pride at Mobility UK&I, launched in June 2024 and works to support LGBT+ belonging and allyship at work and in local communities.

The British LGBT Awards recognises people and organisations improving LGBT+ inclusion in the UK.

Marko Feulner, chair of the board and cfo for Siemens Mobility UK & Ireland, said: “We’re honoured to be recognised at the British LGBT Awards.

“This reflects the incredible work our employee network does in creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can be their authentic selves.

“It’s also a demonstration of our commitment to fostering belonging across our organisation and the communities.”
