Renault Group has launched a global physical and mental health initiative called OneHealth, offering equitable access to healthcare for all employees and their households, regardless of location.
The initiative is now available to 95% of the Group’s workforce and is expected to reach full coverage by September 2025.
Bruno Laforge, chief people and organisation officer at Renault Group, said: “OneHealth testifies to the importance Renault Group places on people, and I’m delighted that it’s now open to everyone, worldwide.
“This program is a strategic investment that goes beyond the simple social aspect and is part of a long-term vision.
“It fits in with our ESG approach, which aims to balance economic performance, respect for the environment and social commitment.
“As a responsible company, we are aware that the health and well-being of our employees are key success factors.
“This program also contributes to strengthening diversity and inclusion within the Renault Group, by offering support tailored to the needs of everyone.”
OneHealth includes a range of services such as free health check-ups, a digital wellbeing platform, access to a network of workplace health professionals, 24/7 psychological support, and teleconsultations.
The Personify Health app provides tailored health advice, daily motivation tools and individual or group wellness challenges.
Health check-ups are offered to all employees, with enhanced screenings for those over 45 or with identified risk factors.
Renault Group has also committed to ensuring that health cover provided through OneHealth is equal to or exceeds the national standard in every country where it operates.
The support network spans 148 health centres across 12 countries, with services open to employee household members as well.
The Group recently launched a dedicated health centre in India as part of its commitment to regional needs, illustrating the programme’s adaptability to local challenges and priorities.
