Gi Group has launched a new worker app and enhanced its artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot to support candidates and clients as part of its ongoing digital transformation. 

The app allows workers to register, browse and accept shifts, manage timesheets, request holidays, and access payroll features all in one place. 

It is aimed at giving workers more control and flexibility, while reducing the need for phone and text for those comfortable with digital tools.
