Nearly half of employees (48%) who used virtual GP appointments avoided taking time off work, while 46% returned to work more quickly after their consultation.

Half of those with GP appointments received a specialist referral, private prescription or fit note.
Over 6,800 mental health therapy sessions were delivered in 2025.
Of those who used the service, 82% reported improved overall mental health, 64% said their ability to cope had improved, 66% had reduced anxiety, and 76% felt happier.
Among 2,700 people who accessed the second medical opinion service, 82% were recommended to change their treatment and 28% received a change in diagnosis.
Treatment changes ranged from minor adjustments to major changes, with one in six recommended a significant shift.
