Ryan FowlerBusiness lender Bizcap has been awarded Great Place To Work certification across the UK, Australia and Luxembourg following an independent employee survey assessing workplace culture and employee experience.
The certification, issued by workplace culture organisation Great Place To Work, is based on employee feedback and organisational practices. Bizcap said the recognition reflected its focus on workplace culture, staff wellbeing and employee engagement across its international operations.
According to the survey results, 99% of employees said Bizcap was a physically safe place to work, that they felt welcomed and believed people were treated fairly regardless of age. The findings also showed 97% considered the business a fun place to work, while 93% said they were proud to tell others they worked there.
