Allison Homes has promoted Zoe Evans (pictured) to group human resources (HR) director, to boost its leadership team to support strategic growth.
Evans started her career in the travel sector as a YTS apprentice and went on to become regional sales manager, managing 32 stores.
She later moved into HR after completing her degree and worked as an HR manager in several industries.
Evans joined Allison Homes three years ago as head of HR.
Evans said: “If people are given clear objectives, the right training, support when they are unsure, and a safe environment, strong results will follow.
“I joined Allison Homes because of the values and culture being driven by CEO John Anderson, which really resonated with me.
“The industry is traditional in its processes and procedures, yet there is a strong appetite to evolve.”
Evans added: “Over the last few years, I have seen significant modernisation across the sector.
“I was extremely proud to be given the opportunity to continue leading our people strategy over the next few years.
“I am keen to ensure we keep strengthening our people offering and position Allison Homes as an employer of choice within the industry.”
John Anderson, group CEO of Allison Homes, said: “Zoe has been instrumental in building a strong, values-led culture at Allison Homes.
“Her strategic approach, combined with her commitment to developing our people, makes her a natural choice for this promotion.
“I’m extremely proud to see her step into the role of group human resources director as we continue to grow the business.”
