Towergate Employee Benefits has rebranded as Everywhen, with the new name rolling out across all assets from 5th January 2026, including a new website and consolidated access to support and services.

The move reflects the business’s positioning around being there for clients always and at all times, designing, implementing and managing employee benefits packages that support workforce health and wellbeing and, in turn, business performance and growth.

The change follows the decision by parent company Ardonagh Advisory, the UK platform of the Ardonagh Group, to move to a unifying brand, Everywhen, in May 2025.

The brand now brings together more than 45 trading names across general insurance, health and benefits, including brokers, providers and risk management specialists.

The group employs more than 4,500 people, operates from over 100 offices across the UK, and places more than £5bn of insurance premium on behalf of clients each year.

Iain Laws, ceo of health & employee benefits at Everywhen, said: “Becoming Everywhen symbolises the unifying of our people with a single brand, vision, and purpose.

“We have always stood together with our customers and clients, now we are able to stand together with the other experts within the business too, bringing everything under one umbrella and creating easy access to great expertise and support.”

Everywhen will continue to work with organisations of all sizes, from start-ups and SMEs to large corporates, supporting them to improve productivity, reduce absence and build more committed workforces.

Its services include healthcare benefits, pensions and financial wellbeing, global benefits, business protection, occupational health and absence management, and strategic benefits consultancy.

The business said it will continue to use digital platforms and apps to help employers link people strategy to business goals, identify and manage risks, provide market insight and ensure regulatory compliance, while delivering value for money.

Laws added: “Our clients will be supported by the same people, with the same experience, expertise and professionalism, just under a new name. Becoming Everywhen means everybody benefits.”
