Marvin OnumonuCityFibre has achieved Menopause Friendly Accreditation for 2025, showing its ongoing support for staff.
The award was set up by Henpicked: Menopause In The Workplace in 2020 to recognise companies meeting clear standards for supporting menopause at work.
To get the accreditation, CityFibre was checked by an independent panel.
The company had to show evidence in five areas including workplace culture, policies, training, engagement and working environment.
The accreditation highlights employers who have made changes to help those experiencing menopause.
