Finalists have been revealed for the 2025 Inclusive Awards, organised by Inclusive Companies and supported by sponsors BAE Systems and TalkTalk.
Winners will be named at the Hurlingham Club, London, on 27th November 2025, with broadcaster and author Louise Minchin presenting the ceremony for the first time.
Paul Sesay (pictured), CEO of Inclusive Companies, said: “These Awards will take place against the backdrop of an ever-changing and increasingly uncertain world for those committed to equity, diversity and inclusion with this year seeing increasing pressure on people to dial down on DEI.
“This simply strengthens our resolve to acknowledge those individuals and organisations determined to drive out discrimination and hold fast to their values of creating an equitable workplace.
“Where they lead, others will follow and that is why celebrating their achievements is absolutely the right thing to do.”
Minchin said: “I’m looking forward to hosting the Inclusive Awards and meeting those incredible individuals and organisations who have stood by their DEI values to improve the working environments and lives for their colleagues.
“This event reminds us of the power of equity in our workplaces and communities.”
Finalists this year come from a range of sectors including therapy, coding, housing, healthcare, universities, utilities, local councils and aviation.
Entries were judged by an independent and diverse panel, which looked at evidence of impact across age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, race and religion.
