Rygor Group has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Manufacturing, Production & Transportation 2025, following independent analysis by Great Place to Work®.

The accolade is based on anonymous employee feedback, assessing workplace culture, communication, leadership and employee experience across all levels of the business.

The recognition reflects Rygor’s investment in its people, including the launch of its Career Hub to support job seekers and employees, the introduction of a self-development journal, and the continuation of its internal future leader programme for a second year.

The company’s people-first approach aims to ensure colleagues feel valued, supported and able to develop their careers within the group.

Kate Ruberry-Shoemack, director of people and communications at Rygor Group, said: “We’re incredibly proud to be recognised in the UK’s Best Workplaces rankings.

“This achievement is testament to the hard work of our teams and our dedication to building a culture where our people can thrive. Our colleagues are at the heart of everything we do, and their passion drives our success.”

Benedict Gautrey, managing director of Great Place to Work UK, said: “In industries like manufacturing and engineering – where teams are often spread across multiple sites – maintaining a consistent, connected employee experience can be challenging.

“Our data shows that the top-performing organisations in this sector rise to that challenge by fostering strong communication, inclusive leadership, and a shared culture that reaches every corner of the organisation.

“No matter where their people work, they feel seen, supported, and part of something bigger. Congratulations to Rygor Group on creating a truly great workplace and earning recognition as a UK’s Best Workplace in Manufacturing, Engineering & Transportation™.”

The recognition comes as Rygor Group is also shortlisted in four categories at the 2025 Motor Trader Industry Awards, including Dealer Group of the Year and Employer of the Year.
