The Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT) has teamed up with C9 Recruitment to offer a 10% discount on staffing services for its members.

The deal is aimed at bus and coach operators across the UK, with the offer covering recruitment for drivers, engineers, and back-office staff.

The offer forms part of CPT’s efforts to help members manage staff shortages and save on recruitment costs during a difficult period for the sector.

Quaid Martin-Laumatia, membership engagement manager at CPT, said: “This new offer from C9 Recruitment gives our members access to a trusted recruitment partner with specialist expertise in the bus and coach sector.

“We know that sourcing and retaining skilled staff remains a major challenge, and we’re pleased to support members with a practical solution that delivers both quality and value.”

Daniel Lunn, commercial director at C9 Recruitment, said: “We’re proud to partner with the Confederation of Passenger Transport to offer this exclusive benefit to CPT members.

“At C9 Recruitment, our mission is simple: to keep operators moving by providing skilled, fully compliant staff when they’re needed most.

“We understand the pressures the industry is facing, and this partnership allows us to deliver even greater value and support to operators across the UK.”
