Towergate Employee Benefits is to be renamed Everywhen, following the rebrand of parent company Ardonagh Advisory. The move, announced today at BIBA 2025, forms part of a wider strategy to bring Ardonagh’s UK advisory brands under a single, unified identity.
The Everywhen name reflects the company’s stated purpose to “manage risk, enable growth and protect the everyday for everyone.” Derived from a word meaning ‘always’ or ‘at all times,’ the new brand aims to highlight the group’s round-the-clock support for clients across a wide range of insurance and benefits services.
The rebrand of Towergate Employee Benefits marks a significant step in a wider rollout across more than 45 existing trading names, including brands specialising in general insurance, marine, agriculture, renewables, construction, and health and employee benefits. The transition will take place over the next 12 months, with most businesses moving to the Everywhen brand by the end of the period.
Iain Laws, CEO of health & employee benefits, said: “Everywhen marks a natural yet pivotal moment in our business story – unifying our people behind a single brand, vision, purpose and set of principles. When we stand together, think together and work together, success for all will be the natural outcome. We’re excited about the opportunity this presents as we continue in our mission to make employee benefits accessible to all.”
Rob Worrell, now CEO of Everywhen, added: “I’m incredibly proud of what Ardonagh Advisory has achieved, bringing together incredible businesses, harnessing their unique expertise – and amplifying it together. We’ve spent years developing our proposition, building our shared culture – and delivering for our clients. Now’s the time to give that a cohesive and meaningful identity we can all stand behind and be proud of.
“We’re already better together for our customers, and over the next 6–18 months they’ll see our trading brands gradually move across to become Everywhen. What they won’t see is any change to the expert support and specialist knowledge they already receive. Everywhen is both a new chapter for our business, and a renewal of our commitment to our customers.”
The newly branded group will employ more than 4,500 staff across 100 UK offices and handle over £5bn in annual premium placement.
