Phoebus Software Ltd has expanded its community engagement and educational partnerships, as detailed in its latest ESG report.

The company, known for its mortgage and savings account servicing technology, is now focusing on initiatives that extend its positive impact beyond the workplace.

For 2025, Phoebus employees selected The Family Care Trust as their charity partner.

Based in Solihull, the charity has been providing professional care and support services for over 25 years to individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities.

Phoebus will support the charity through fundraising and volunteering activities throughout the year.

In 2024, Phoebus partnered with Helping Hands in Leamington, enabling employees to volunteer by preparing meals for vulnerable individuals.

The company also funded new kitchen equipment for the charity and offers all employees one paid day off annually to volunteer for social causes.

Phoebus continues to invest in education through its nine-year partnership with Aston University’s Computer Science Industry Club, offering guest lectures, CV-writing support, and student placements.

The company also collaborates with Agile West Midlands to host ‘Talking Tech’ events that promote innovation and professional development.

Kate Langton (pictured), chief people officer at Phoebus, said: “This is something that we, as a leadership team, are fully committed to.

“Partnerships like Family Care Trust and our educational collaborations are central to our ESG strategy, ensuring that our impact is meaningful and far-reaching.”
