House of HR, a leading Belgian staffing firm and the seventh-largest in Europe, announced a like-for-like revenue growth of 8.1% for the full year 2023, reaching a total of €3.39bn. Despite facing significant market challenges, the firm has continued to grow, showcasing its resilience and strategic planning.

The firm’s EBITDA increased by 2.4% to €373m, maintaining a robust EBITDA margin of 11%. This performance underscores House of HR’s ability to not only sustain its growth trajectory but also manage its profitability efficiently in a tough market environment.

Rika Coppens, CEO of House of HR, expressed pride in the company’s achievement, stating, “While 2023 was probably not the easiest year in the market, we have succeeded to outperform the market again in 2023. Being able to grow our sales and keep our strong EBITDA margin is a fantastic performance. I am immensely proud of our teams’ ability to navigate through uncertainty and deliver exceptional results.”

Throughout 2023, House of HR made six strategic acquisitions, including a notable entry into the healthcare sector with the establishment of ‘House of Healthcare’ following the acquisition of Pluss in Germany. This expansion reflects the firm’s ambition to diversify its services and strengthen its presence in critical sectors.

Looking ahead, Coppens remains optimistic about the future, emphasising the company’s focus on driving sales and pursuing growth opportunities in 2024.
