HiBob has launched In Good Company, a global community for HR leaders, aimed at changing how work is done. 

The group is open to HR professionals, people managers and future leaders. 

Members can meet online or in person to connect, collaborate and learn from peers and industry experts.

Christine Song, founder at 5 to 9 Society, said: “Ever wish you could be part of an amazing community that brings HR voices together at a global scale?

HiBob said the community is for people-focused professionals who want to shape their workplaces.

The aim is to give practical tools, insights and a platform for real conversations on challenges HR and business leaders face. 

Topics include workplace culture, belonging, the shift to artificial intelligence (AI), the employee lifecycle, the future of work, and aligning HR with company strategy.

Members can access insights from experts in HR and people management, including Leila McKenize-Delis, Jessica Zwaan and Hebba Youssef, as well as HiBob’s own leaders.

In-person events, called In Good Company Live, will take place in cities worldwide, giving members a chance to meet, share best practice and make local connections.
