The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) has launched a new jobs board to help members find roles across the global financial services sector.

The board is aimed at those starting out as well as people with more experience looking for promotion.

It brings together firms, recruiters and professionals in areas including operations, wealth management, compliance and risk, capital markets, corporate finance and financial planning.

The platform features real-time job postings, smart search and filtering tools, and career guidance from CISI experts.

Employers can also use branding features on the site.

Tracy Vegro OBE, CEO at the CISI, said: “We are pleased to begin 2026 with the launch of our jobs board.

“This newly- improved benefit is one members see as important and builds on our strategy to ensure we are innovative in offering our members enhanced benefits, connecting top talent with the best jobs and an engine for careers and sector growth.

“From wealth management and compliance to fintech and sustainable finance, this new platform will be a hub for firms to find top talent and for individuals to find their next career move.”

Vegro added: “Gaining a competitive edge in our fast-moving financial services jobs market takes dedication.

“Our jobs board is also a portal to unlock candidates’ access to the benefits of CISI membership.

“Belonging to our professional global community, where lifelong learning opportunities will support them throughout their career journey, can help candidates achieve their goals and build and update skills for the future.”
