REACTION:
Gemma Price, CEO and founder at HubGem Marketing:
“We are incredibly excited to have been named THE Happiest Workplace not only in the United Kingdom, but in the world!
“It’s something very close to my heart and this huge win is a reflection of a business that leads with humanity, prioritises meaningful relationships and believes that how work feels is just as important as what we achieve.
“I’m incredibly proud of our team and what they’ve built together.”
Patrick Williams, CEO at The Cinnamon Trust:
“The team is, without any doubt, truly wonderful. We care for each other well beyond our everyday tasks, and that care shows in both our growth and the impact we’re able to make. We didn’t set out to be ‘the happiest’ workplace.
“Our intention has always been to build a nurturing environment that genuinely values the people delivering life-changing work.
“Compassionate and respectful workplaces are not only possible, they’re also effective.”
