The University of Manchester will introduce Connect to people services, recruitment, reward & benefits, and pensions from February 2026.

The change forms part of the university’s drive for service excellence and continuous improvement, aiming to make it easier for colleagues to access support and work more efficiently.

Research found only 61% of colleagues felt they had the tools and support needed to do their job effectively, with workload and resources highlighted as a key theme in the Your Voice Matters survey.

Connect is designed to tackle these issues and provide a more efficient and reliable way for people to engage with people-related services.
