Lomond, Mattel UK and Phoenix Group were among the organisations recognised at the Appreciation Awards 2025, hosted by Reward Gateway and Edenred.
The awards recognise organisations and HR leaders for their work in improving employee experience.
Lomond’s HR team was named HR Team of the Year for their efforts in building a workplace where staff feel valued and supported.
Mattel UK won Best Communications Strategy for Benefits Uptake, while Phoenix Group was awarded Most Impactful Reward and Recognition Strategy.
Other winners at the Appreciation Awards 2025 included Homes for Students for Best Strategy for Supporting Employee Health & Wellbeing, Equans UK & Ireland for Best Employee Financial Support Strategy, and KeolisAmey Metrolink for Best Benefits Launch/Relaunch. Central Co-op won Most Impactful Social Community Programme, Copart UK was awarded Best Overall People Appreciation Strategy, E.ON UK received Best Initiative for Fostering Belonging and Inclusion, and Cornerstone was recognised for Best Culture of Appreciation in a Small Business.
Silver and Bronze awards in the respective categories went to Greencore, Met Office, Babcock International Group, Phoenix Medical, Natixis Wealth Management, Samsung Electronics UK, KeolisAmey Metrolink, Viridor, Phoenix Group, Groundsure, Tandem Bank, Impact Futures Group, E.ON UK, Mears Group, Eden Hotel Collection, Haier, Sciensus, McCann Ltd, and Epicor.
