QA Ltd has added Microsoft Copilot artificial intelligence (AI) learning to every apprenticeship programme, making it a standard part of training for all new starters.
The move came after QA Ltd worked with Microsoft to help prepare workers across all sectors for an AI-driven future.
Every apprentice will now get Copilot training tailored to their area, including digital learning, live webinars and practical sessions.
The aim is to give apprentices and employers the right skills for the workplace.
The rollout supports the UK Government’s AI Skills Action Plan and Microsoft’s Get On campaign, which was set up to help 1.5 million people in the UK build technology careers.
Jo Bishenden, chief learning officer at QA, said: “We’re proud to embed Microsoft Copilot learning across all programmes.
“This is about more than just tech skills – it’s about empowering every learner to thrive in an AI-enabled workplace and helping UK businesses stay ahead of the curve so that we can lead the world in AI.”
Jeroen Van Hilten, global partner sales executive at Microsoft, said: “Our partnership with QA reflects our shared mission to democratise effective leveraging of AI tools and build a future-ready workforce.
“By embedding Copilot into every apprenticeship, we’re ensuring learners across industries can harness AI responsibly and effectively.”
