Aviva, MetLife and Capital One have made the 2025 UK’s Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance list, published by Great Place To Work UK.
The recognition came in the Large and Super Large category, with the research focused on work-life balance, fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security.
Employee feedback was used to evaluate consistency of experience across departments and seniority.
Benedict Gautrey, managing director at Great Place To Work UK, said: “Financial services and insurance is a sector often defined by it’s fast pace and high pressure.

“By fostering supportive environments, they’re helping people thrive both personally and professionally – and enjoying the myriad business benefits that this creates.”
