Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) has marked Mental Health Awareness Week 2025 with a network-wide campaign focused on employee wellbeing, community engagement, and fundraising for mental health charities.

This year’s initiative extended beyond the awareness week itself, with a company-wide step challenge running throughout May. Employees across AAG sites were encouraged to log their steps in support of Ben Automotive and Samaritans Ireland, reinforcing the connection between physical activity and mental health.

Alongside this, NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland partnered with Ben Automotive for a 10-day roadshow between 6th and 16th May. The roadshow visited multiple sites across the group, offering mental health workshops, drop-in sessions and wellbeing advice to both staff and customers.

The roadshow also featured a visit to Brands Hatch, as part of NAPA’s 100-year celebrations. Ben Automotive carried out stress tests with the NAPA Racing UK BTCC drivers, showcasing their work in supporting the sector’s mental wellbeing.

Tracy Noble, HR director at Alliance Automotive Group, said: “At AAG, we believe in the importance of supporting the mental health of our employees. This year’s initiatives were not only about raising funds but also creating environments where mental health conversations are prioritised and stigma is eliminated. We thank everyone who participated, whether they walked for the step challenge, joined us on the roadshow, or supported us at Brands Hatch, for making this year’s campaign a huge success.”

AAG described the programme as part of its longer-term commitment to promoting wellbeing across its workforce and wider partner network.
