Josh Rayner, founder of Rayner Personnel, has launched ‘Inside Talent’ a digital subscription-based platform aimed at supporting companies that recruit directly.

The service is run alongside Rayner Personnel and is part of the Recruitment Franchise Group, which operates over 50 franchises across the UK.

Inside Talent streamlines the hiring process using artificial intelligence (AI) to vet and qualify candidates, rejecting up to 75% of applicants who do not fit the job criteria.

The technology analyses applications using behavioural and career data, saving management significant time. AI and psychometric interviews are then used to shortlist suitable applicants.

Rayner said: “The problem with attracting, qualifying and hiring great talent is that it’s a ‘needle in a haystack’ process with increasing amounts of distracting haystacks to claw through to find your ideal needle.

“Inside Talent has automated this to save you hours and hours of admin and consequently thousands in wasted costs if you’re currently going it alone. It’s the Amazon of recruitment.”

Jason Lee, head of commercial at Propertymark, said: “We are incredibly pleased to be able to support the team at Inside Talent on their new exciting product aimed at assisting agents maintain, grow and enhance their own businesses with supporting products.

“Offering Propertymark level 3 learning material will help to assist in staff growth and retention and hopefully lead through to qualification to enhance company reputation.”
