NHS SBS and ImproveWell partner to deliver workforce transformation across NHS

NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) has teamed up with ImproveWell Ltd to offer a new workforce transformation service for the NHS. 

The partnership brings together consultancy from NHS SBS and ImproveWell’s digital engagement platform. 

Together, the service will help health and care providers collect feedback from staff, link improvement work to workforce priorities and put a focus on staff engagement and continuous improvement.
