Phoebus Software Ltd has demonstrated its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) in its latest environmental, social, and governance (ESG) report.
The report found that Phoebus had a workforce with 33% female employees, 1.5% non-binary employees, and 40.5% from ethnic minority backgrounds, exceeding industry averages in tech and financial services.
The firm supported inclusivity with family-friendly policies, flexible working arrangements, and a menopause support programme.
They also invested in talent development through leadership training, ITIL certifications, and Udemy courses, introducing a new learning management system for career growth.
Phoebus saw a 90% participation rate in its annual engagement survey, with high satisfaction levels.
Employees had access to a comprehensive wellbeing programme, including private healthcare, mental health support, the Calm app, and mental health first aiders.
Benefits included quarterly health webinars, a wellbeing allowance, and acupressure massage services.
