Zellis acquires elementsuite to deliver AI-powered HR and payroll solutions

Zellis has announced plans to acquire elementsuite, aiming to integrate AI-powered HR and payroll services for customers in the UK and Ireland.

Zellis, a major payroll and HR software provider in the UK and Ireland, has agreed to acquire elementsuite, an HR software company offering AI-driven HR and workforce management solutions. The acquisition will combine elementsuite’s HR technology with Zellis’ payroll platform, providing customers with a single integrated solution.

The deal will allow Zellis customers to access enhanced HR features while elementsuite clients gain the benefit of Zellis’ payroll technology. Notable users of elementsuite include McDonald’s and Five Guys.

Abigail Vaughan, CEO of Zellis, said: “We’re excited by the opportunity that this combination brings for new and existing customers of both elementsuite and Zellis.
