The Propertymark Trust has opened applications for its Class of 26 scheme, offering educational grants to support those seeking Propertymark qualifications.

A limited number of scholarship bursaries covering up to 100% of learning materials, Propertymark membership and exam fees are available.

Applicants need to complete a form explaining why they want the level 3 qualification in sales, lettings or property management.

Michael Day, chair of the education group at The Propertymark Trust, said: “We are delighted to be able to extend this fantastic initiative that will provide a number of individuals with a route into qualifications that, in turn, will help underpin their future careers.”

Applications for the first tranche of bursaries are due by the end of January 2026.

Trustees will interview candidates and select successful applicants.
