EV charge point operator Believ has partnered with the Big Ideas Programme to support secondary school students in Suffolk with sustainability-focused STEM projects.
The division will cover full-time, part-time and fixed-term positions.
The course is open to graduates, career changers and mothers returning to work who want a future in residential property but have not had a formal route in.
Through this partnership, Addison Lee will support more women into the profession through dedicated training and mentorship programmes.
Charlie Bentham-Wood said: “Our role is to help ensure students receive the support they need and reduce barriers they may face during their studies.”
Sessions are designed to help students feel more confident and ready to plan for their future beyond school.
Applications for the first tranche of bursaries are due by the end of January 2026.
The course is set to start in September 2026 and will lead to a masters in engineering in three years, rather than the usual four.

The programme will fund 50 places on a Level 3 Certified Practitioner in Specialist Property Finance course, run by the Walbrook Institute of London.
Retention rates for further education support staff and work-based learning practitioners were lower, staying below 50%.
