Each Person appoints Chris Last as operations director

Employee experience, benefits, rewards, and recognition provider Each Person has appointed Chris Last (pictured) as operations director, strengthening its senior leadership team.

With almost two decades of experience across the employee benefits and rewards sector, Last joins Each Person with a remit to support growth and ensure that benefits deliver greater value for employees.

His appointment reflects the company’s focus on making employee benefits work harder at a time when organisations are under increasing pressure to support financial wellbeing and retention.

Last brings extensive industry expertise, having worked across sales, partnerships, product development, commercial strategy, and operations since 2007.
