Cezanne has launched new artificial intelligence (AI) features for its HR software, aiming to save time and cut admin for HR and payroll teams.

Following a beta phase in 2025, the AI-powered document builder, email builder and writing assistance are now available as part of the people management module, with no extra charges.

Gartner research found that 65% of employees were excited about using AI at work, and 62% said it saved them time.

HR teams are looking for ways to be more efficient while keeping control over their work, and tools that support daily tasks are becoming more important.

Unlike general AI tools, Cezanne’s features were shaped by feedback from HR teams during the beta.

The focus was on making sure the tools help with real HR jobs and don’t add unnecessary steps or risks.

The new AI tools help teams create documents faster, draft clear employee communications and improve tone and accuracy across policies and emails.

The AI is built into the platform, so teams stay in control of their work.

Simon Noble, CEO at Cezanne, said: “HR teams don’t need AI for the sake of it – they need practical support that genuinely makes their jobs easier and more satisfying.

“By working closely with customers during the beta phase, we’ve built AI tools that are genuinely useful, intuitive and aligned with the realities of modern HR.”
