IntrospeXion, a behavioural performance and wellbeing consultancy, ended its first year in business with two awards.

Shabnum Hanif (pictured), founder of IntrospeXion, picked up the Health, Wellbeing & Lifestyle category at the 2025 Athena Awards in Aberdeen.

The award recognised work supporting organisations and individuals in the region with psychological health.

The company was also named best early-stage start-up business at the Allica Bank Great British Entrepreneur Awards in London.

Hanif said: “Receiving these awards has been an incredible honour, and they reflect not only our mission but our exceptional team.

“While recognition is encouraging, it will never be the reason we do this work.

“IntrospeXion was built with the belief that psychological support should be accessible, proactive, and grounded in real-world experience – especially in industries where pressure is the norm.”

Hanif added: “This time of year can be incredibly challenging for the people in these industries, so we hope that these award wins will help highlight our services and show companies the type of support that is available to them and their personnel.”
