QA has launched its Blended Learning Experience (BLX) to address issues of cost, complexity and time in workplace training.

The service combines self-paced digital modules with live virtual instructor-led training, all delivered on the QA learning platform.

Ben Sweetman, SVP of learning products at QA, said: “Traditional training models no longer meet the pace or complexity of today’s workplaces.

“Organisations need more ways to learn; that’s a critical aspect of the value we offer.

“Blended Learning Experience is built to solve that – combining flexibility, collaboration, and consistency in one seamless platform.”

The blended format allows learners to move between self-paced content and live online classrooms.

All training is built and delivered by QA’s 450-plus in-house subject matter experts.

Additionally, QA said companies can also cut costs and reduce the hassle of managing multiple platforms.

The first capital programmes available through the BLX include ITIL 4 Foundation, APM project management qualification and BCS business analysis.

Sweetman said: “We think blended is going to be great for our customers. Saving them time, and also saving costs.

“BLX pricing offers up to 19% savings compared to traditional instructor-led learning formats.

“What’s more, the increased effectiveness of this modality means that completion of learning takes an average of 33% less time.

“Both critical advantages when upskilling is such an urgent priority.”
