Economy Minister Dr Caoimhe Archibald has today, 15th September, set out 20 training places on a Business Operations and Technology Assured Skills Academy with EY.
The programme is funded by the Department for the Economy and delivered in partnership with Belfast Met, running from 10th November to 18th December 2025.
Training will be a mix of onsite and online learning at the Springvale and Titanic campuses.
The academy will focus on practical experience in a strategy and transactions role, giving participants key business and technical skills.
Anyone who completes the programme will get a guaranteed job interview at EY and the chance to gain an industry-recognised qualification.
Archibald said: “This latest Academy with EY and Belfast Met will provide an exciting opportunity to develop a career with a major multinational company.
“Assured Skills Academies have a very strong track record of success in upskilling people and broadening the local skills base which is a key element to growing our economy.
“I would encourage everyone who is interested and eligible, to apply.”
Rob Heron, managing partner at EY Northern Ireland, said: “EY Northern Ireland is proud to once again partner with Invest Northern Ireland and the Department for the Economy to launch our seventh Assured Skills Academy, focusing on Business Operations and Technology.
