The research found 67% of workers were interested in microshifting, using short, flexible work blocks matched to their energy or duties.
29% reported having a second job or side hustle and more than half (51%) booked personal appointments during working hours.
38% of workers said their work-related stress had increased compared to last year.
39% said their employer’s or colleagues’ political opinions made them not want to go to the office.
68% of parents were concerned their caregiving responsibilities might affect their job performance.
The report also showed that 87% of workers have used or tried artificial intelligence (AI) at work.
51% would be interested in having an AI avatar replace them in meetings.
Additionally, data found that 17% said their company was not using employee tracking software.
31% admitted to posting negatively about their job or employer on social media.
