Knight Frank Promise has partnered with Kitt Medical to install emergency allergy kits in buildings across the UK.
The roll-out started in Newcastle, with more than 30 buildings and estates signed up so far.
Kitt Medical’s Anaphylaxis Kitt includes a supply of adrenaline pens, online training for staff, incident reporting software and a secure cabinet.
The kits are restocked automatically before expiry or after use.
The partnership also supports Knight Frank’s sustainability commitments, with the kits made in the UK from recycled materials.
Ian Tew, head of Knight Frank’s Newcastle office, said: “This partnership reflects Knight Frank’s core value of putting people first.
“By investing in Kitt Medical’s life-saving solution, we are not only safeguarding the wellbeing of our colleagues and communities but also working to make allergy emergency care as common and accessible as defibrillators.
“This is more than a health initiative – it’s a commitment to safety, compassion, and putting people at the heart of everything we do.”
Simon Berry, director for Knight Frank Promise North East Region, said: “We’re pleased this initiative has been welcomed by so many of our clients.
“It enables our colleagues on the ground to be in a position of potential life-saving and enhances their first-aid skills set.”
